US buyer-side factory sourcing

Nutraceutical Contract Manufacturing

Build a comparable manufacturing brief before requesting quotes. We coordinate candidate-factory outreach around your dosage form, serving size, ingredient and strength specification, pack, quantity, destination and exact-product document questions.

Independent sourcing support. We do not manufacture products, prescribe formulations or confirm regulatory suitability.

Evidence ledger

Separate buyer inputs from supplier confirmations

A reference can help frame a question, but the proposed manufacturer can confirm the exact formula, packaging, manufacturing scope and supporting documents for its quotation.

Different briefs, different evidence

Compare the requirements behind each buyer channel

Retail launch

New private-label SKU

Define dosage form, serving size, ingredient specification, flavor or excipient constraints, packaging format, label responsibilities and launch quantity. Request the exact manufacturing and batch-document scope instead of assuming a general capability statement applies.

Distributor program

Multi-SKU assortment

List quantity and pack count separately for every SKU, identify whether formulas are shared, and ask candidates to state MOQ, sample and production assumptions for each line. This prevents an aggregate quote from hiding different unit bases.

Established brand

Formula transfer inquiry

Record who owns the specification, which files may be shared, change-control expectations and which tests or label reviews need a qualified professional. Candidate factories should identify information gaps before they price the work.

Institutional buyer

Defined pack and documentation

State use environment, receiving format, case configuration, destination and required exact-product records. Product suitability, claims and compliance decisions remain with the buyer and its qualified advisers.

Document questions

Ask what each file actually supports

Does the file identify the quoted product and manufacturer?

A certificate, test report or sample label for another formula, facility or series is not automatic evidence for the offered configuration. Ask the supplier to state the relationship and any limitation.

Which batch records or testing documents are proposed?

Put requested documents on the RFQ and leave them pending until the supplier confirms their scope, issuer, timing and connection to the exact product.

Who reviews ingredient, serving and claim language?

Clarify who supplies label content and who performs the appropriate market review. Our sourcing coordination does not provide medical, clinical or regulatory approval.

What if an answer is incomplete?

Keep it visible as an unresolved item in the comparison matrix. Do not replace a missing response with an assumption or a public product-family reference.
