Supplier-matching workflow

Nutraceutical Contract Manufacturer Sourcing

Our service turns a buyer's product concept into a quotation brief that candidate manufacturers can answer on the same basis. The starting point is not a promise of capability; it is a written request covering dosage form, serving size, ingredient and strength specification, packaging, quantities, destination and exact-product documentation.

Scope boundary

We coordinate requirements, candidate outreach and response comparison. The supplier confirms its proposed product and documents; the buyer and qualified advisers approve formula, claims, compliance, budget and supplier choice.

Structured handoff

Procurement inputs and service handoff

A candidate can quote accurately when the requested unit, configuration and commercial basis are visible. We keep missing information open so an alternative does not quietly replace the requested specification.

Provided

Buyer concept, dosage form, serving size, ingredient and strength targets, intended US business channel, quantity by SKU and any must-have packaging constraints. Reference material is labeled as context rather than proof of a factory's offer.

Open

Flavor, excipient, tolerance, container, closure, label responsibility, sample purpose or other attributes that require a supplier response. An open field remains unresolved; we do not infer a value from a related product.

Commercial

Quantity unit, pack count, MOQ basis, currency, target budget if supplied, sample cost, production assumption, dispatch basis, freight scope and US destination. Quote lines are normalized before unit-cost or total-scope comparison.

Documents

Requested label files, ingredient information, batch testing and manufacturing records tied to the proposed product. Their availability, issuer, timing and exact scope must be confirmed by the responding supplier.

Evidence ownership

Service evidence and pending confirmations

Buyer-provided

Specifications, forecasts, artwork status, delivery constraints and approval criteria supplied by the purchasing organization. We preserve these as the requested baseline and identify revisions rather than silently merging them.

Public reference

Product-family sources may identify useful questions about formulation, labeling or handling. They do not establish our inventory, factory authorization, regulatory approval or the capability of a candidate manufacturer.

Supplier-confirmed

The exact proposal, included work, minimums, unit basis, samples, packaging, documents, production assumptions, exclusions and destination scope. Confirmation must belong to the candidate's quoted configuration and current revision.

Buyer-approved

Formula and label decisions, acceptable evidence, sample acceptance, commercial tradeoffs, professional reviews and final supplier selection. Health or regulatory decisions are never transferred to an automated comparison score.

If a supplier recommends an alternative ingredient form, strength basis, pack or test scope, it is recorded as a separate proposal. The buyer can then assess the changed attribute against its own requirements instead of comparing unequal quotes.

Start with the requirement you can defend

Nutraceutical Contract Manufacturing Source provides independent procurement coordination. Candidate information is checked against the specific written response, and the business buyer retains final approval of specifications, documents, budget and supplier selection.
