Our role
Nutraceutical Contract Manufacturing Source
We are an independent sourcing intermediary for US business buyers, not a manufacturer, medical practice, regulatory adviser or authorized representative of a third-party brand. Our job is to make a purchasing requirement clearer, contact potential manufacturing sources and organize their written responses for comparison.
That separation matters in nutraceutical procurement. A broad facility statement or product-family reference cannot verify a specific formula, label, batch record, manufacturing document, delivery date or market suitability. We keep those questions attached to the exact proposed configuration.
Responsibilities
What we coordinate and what buyers decide
Input
We organize the dosage form, serving size, ingredient and strength specification, flavor or excipient constraints, container, pack count, label scope and intended business channel supplied by the buyer. Where a requirement is unknown, it is written as a question for the responding manufacturer. We do not invent a formula, dosage, substantiation or claim to make the brief look complete.
Order
We align quantity by SKU and unit, sample scope, currency, optional budget basis, destination, requested timing, packaging and delivery assumptions. The buyer decides which tradeoffs are acceptable, which professional reviews are needed and whether the final commercial proposal meets its program.
Traceable decisions
Identity boundaries and evidence sources
Comparable
A response becomes comparable when it identifies the proposed specification, included manufacturing work, quantity and pack basis, MOQ, sample assumptions, price currency, packaging, document scope, production or dispatch assumptions, freight basis and exclusions. We can place these fields side by side without presenting them as a service promise or supplier rating.
Unresolved
Missing formula details, label responsibility, test scope, document applicability, timing, delivery responsibility and alternative specifications remain open. A public reference is identified as a reference, a supplier answer is identified as a supplier answer, and the buyer's final decision is recorded separately.
We do not claim that candidate factories are pre-approved, that any model is in stock, or that a product has a verified clinical outcome. We also do not replace legal, regulatory, laboratory, clinical or other qualified professional judgment. These boundaries make the sourcing record more useful because each statement retains an owner and a defined scope.
Prepare a sourcing brief
- State the exact product concept and specification questions
- Separate quantity, unit, pack count and US destination
- List timing, sample, packaging and document requirements
