Service terms
Nutraceutical Contract Manufacturing Source Terms of Service
These terms govern an independent business-to-business sourcing coordination service. They do not create a manufacturer, distributor, reseller, laboratory, medical provider, regulatory adviser or representative relationship.
1. Service scope
Nutraceutical Contract Manufacturing Source may help a business buyer organize requirements, identify and contact potential manufacturers, transmit inquiries and compare information returned by candidates. The service does not promise a supplier response, availability, a manufacturing slot, a price, a timeline or acceptance of any specification.
2. Buyer responsibility
The buyer is responsible for the purchasing brief, intended use, formula and label decisions, quantity, destination, acceptance criteria and commercial approval. The buyer must independently evaluate each supplier and proposed product, arrange appropriate regulatory, legal, laboratory, clinical or other professional review, and approve samples, documents and terms before an order.
3. Supplier information
Formula statements, ingredient forms, serving bases, minimum quantities, prices, samples, testing, manufacturing records, labels, production assumptions, dispatch dates and freight terms remain supplier statements unless separately verified. A document for a related formula, facility or product does not automatically support the quoted configuration.
4. Health and regulatory boundary
Site content is for procurement planning. It does not make clinical outcome claims, prescribe a formulation, provide medical advice or establish that a product, label, claim, facility or document is suitable for a particular market.
5. Comparisons and transactions
A comparison is meaningful when product, serving basis, quantity, pack, included work, currency, delivery scope and exclusions align. Orders, payments, inspections, shipping, warranties and disputes are governed by agreements between the buyer and selected supplier unless a separate written service agreement says otherwise.
6. Acceptable use
Users must provide lawful business information and may not submit malicious content, impersonate another organization or misuse candidate information. Confidential files should not be pasted into the public inquiry form.
7. Changes and questions
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Questions about an active requirement should be submitted through the requirements form.
